Getting the connector is not going to be the hard part! Patching the missing pads and wiring them up will take some effort. Unless you’ve done the work of tracing lines and patched logic boards I think this is a very big project for a DIY.

Time to find someone with the skills and the needed parts and materials to fix your board.

I got all of the parts (new connector, a donor board, some wires) here but never seen something that bad before.

Do you think this is fixable at all? Seems some of the pads seem to be totally gone and I need actually some information were to connect which wire.

Thats the rub! You'll need to trace out each broken pad and then wire it up to a point that is the same signal. You'll need the schematics and board views for the logic board and it will take a lot of effort!

Given the value of the system I think you might as well just find a good logic board to replace this one. Don't forget your time and materials will end up being more costly here, and you might not succeed as well!

Just if anyone stumbles up on this, here is actually a very useful link: I need to run 2 jumper wires from my LVDS connector on my logic board..
