Can anyone tell me how to fix broken hinges?

I’ve had these headphones for quite a time now, and the hinges keep breaking. I have tried to get my warranty to cover it, but the shipping to the workshop is slowly but surely emptying my wallet. I’ve also got a replacement pair of headphones, but the same thing happened to them. I am not willing to send them in again, so can anyone tell me how to fix them?
