My right ihip soundpod will not turn on.

My right Ihip soundpod will not turn on. I’ve never used them. I plugged both pods into the case. The left will turn red (as though it is charging). The right will shine blue (as though it is fully charged). When I take the pods out the left will turn on and connect to my phone. The right pod does not do anything.
