red and white screen loop

I updated my phone to iOS 12 and used it for some time, then all of a sudden(after falling down) it completely started showing red/white screen in loops. What can the problem be?? Please help

The problem is that my phone is not turning on.... when I connect to iTunes I get no response of connecting to the computer
