be able to turn on but can't load

Thank yous for the comments and answers. If you said the connector between screen and main body gets pinched or damaged, any internal parts I could buy in addition to the screen as a whole?

Thank you again.

I could turn on my LG Lotus, but the screen disappear and off before loading.

Update

Thank you for the trouble shooting. To further confirm if it is indeed the connector problem, I would like to elaborate more about the phone behavior. Sometime, the phone could continue to load to the main screen and stay on. In this case, the phone is perfectly normal and can work for some time. After a while, it goes back to the problem as I described, being able to turn on (showing the screen as the picture on this page at upper right) , but couldn't load to the main screen, therefore, the phone is not functioning. I brought it to a Sprint store and was told the phone has to be replaced. Since it is still in very good condition otherwise, I am wondering if there are any parts in connector that could be replaced.

I had a phone exactly like this one that came up missing after going to jail for stupid unpaid traffic tickets non moving violations at that (sigh I know I know driving is a priveledge not a right) my husband either sold gave it away or allowed some whore to steal it either way he admitted to being around scum while I was locked up. Always amused me to picture them and any person who ended up with that phone as it behaved as udescribed. The fact is that I hacked my phone to do that and you must perform a series of specific actions with timing key and extremelyndifficult even if trial and error u figure it out pretty much worthless from there as it will turn on with an sd card or without but without the original sd card which I still have mine , the phones funcionality is completely corrupted and u will get nothing but errors and beware as I suspect if u do see cellular data bars connecting most likely fcc government honing down the location of tampered device knee deep in violation of fcc and possibly higher. Hahaha

I would imagine either the connector in the phone's screen connector is loose somewhere or the screen is bad

Let's go through with troubleshooting it step by step

Take the phone apart and tighten any connectors, turn it on and see what happens

If this didn't work, buy a screen either from a parts one on eBay(ESN is not important in this case) or a screen on it's own

No luck?

Phone's really are a battery, mainboard and screen, so I would forsee the motherboard in the phone at this point

Remember that ESN? Call sprint and check if it is clear, lost, stole, insurance claim, already activated if you have to change the motherboard, otherwise, no big deal

The owner has to deactivate the phone, so remind them to do that

update

I have commented on how to deal with the casing

If you buy your donor and try new cables, it is possible the cables were getting pinched and damaged, but until tha tis done, there are still many variables

I would suggest you take the phone's display assembly apart to see if anything is damaged or getting pinched, it is possible, if the display assembly looks fine, while taking the phone apart, look for the same things
