My friend broke the screen of his iPhone . After the drop the phone would not open, so I changed the changed the screen and i factory reset it. Sadly i noticed that it didnt work, so I took the screen back to the store and they gave me a new one.After I switched the screen with the new one, its touch would still not work. I also put my sim card in the phone and it was searching non stop. what can I do?

These symptoms are typical of an IPhone 6 plus. The no touch would be a broken trace under the touch IC “Meson” This is fixed by lifting Meson, running a short jumper wire and replacing Meson.
The “searching no service” would be caused by a broken trace under the “baseband CPU” This is a lot more difficult to repair.
These faults on the IPhone 6 plus are caused by a drop and or flexation. As the IPhone 6 plus is getting on in age it might be more economical to upgrade.

I found that if i change the U_QPOET it will work. Is it right? Because the problem is the "searching"
I have never found the (Qpoet) responsible for the “searching no service.” It has always been the baseband on the 6 plus. You can confirm this by imputing “*#06#” on the keypad, if no IMEI number comes up it is the baseband CPU.
I went to settings and i found the IMEI number. If i inputed on the keypad the number it didnt appear anything

If the IMEI didn't appear on the key pad you have baseband problems. The IMEI is memorized in the settings so don't take any notice of that. The only other way to check would be to flash the IOS with 3UTools and see if it still has an IMEI number in settings.
