Not charging and no data connection

I bought a screen broken Galaxy A7 and changed the screen. New screen works fine, but i got a new problem, the phone won’t charge and computer doesn’t recognize the phone.

I’ve already changed the USB-port and the connection cable to the motherboard. Is it the charging IC thats the problem, or could there be something else.?

Voltage that is coming to the battery is about ~2,6V.
