How to solve my headphones charging problem?

How to fix my bluetooth headphones ZEORONS? Only one of them charges. Sorry I couldn't pick out my brand of headphones so I took the closest one in the options menu. The thing is that only one of them charges and works properly while other stay empty the whole time.
