I dropped my phone a day ago accidentally. After drop in settings->battery->battery health it says it cant determine battery health. When I plugged it into charger it shows as charging but battery is stuck on %1 and it won’t go up. What’s broken? Battery, charging socket or motherboard?

You should try a replacement battery. There is a protection circuit integrated into the battery which can fail causing weird problems.

It is always a good idea to rule out parts before replacing components on the logic board. I would do what Jeff suggested and replace the battery first.
It is very uncommon for the charging port to become damaged from a drop. Much more likely that the battery is causing your problems.

can someone help me?, I have a iphone 7 which orked perfectly fine but then I accidently droped it, at that time the battery was at 30-40, after a while of droping, the phone shut down, when I restarted it, it showd 3 percent. I put it on charge but now its not going up 3 percent, plus when I take the plug out, battery last for some 1 min and the phone lags and shuts down. it dosent show battery health too, pls someone help me.
