I need the ear cushions replaced/fixed on my Wirele Studio Headphones

I need the ear cushions replaced/fixed on my Beats 3 Wireless Studio Headphones. (The over the ear cushions are falling apart and tattered and I have no Warranty or Apple Plan) Where would I have this service done and what is the estimated cost?
