HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw toner cartridges tray not coming out

the spring that is attached to the blue handle might be broken. or, something might be stuck as there are two little plastic notches that retract as you pull the handle and i wonder if those are clogged. please send some photos!

I have the same problem with this same printer. I spend hours figuring it out, in the end i found the parts above the left side of the cartridge tray that responsible for the stuck of the cartridge. i used a thin and long screw driver to push the white lever up to unblock it and the cartridge tray is able to move in and out again as usual. This parts does not even mentioned in the HP manual for this model.
