Apple Watch 1 not responsive touch screen

Hey! Recently opened customers wathces. Everything seems fine. No corrosion, anything unexpected inside. The battery was blistered, I think it didn’t touch the screen from inside. Connectors clean. After battery replacement the watches will start up but they are absolutely touch unresponsive. Evereything else works. The vibrations, crown and power button. Any idea?
