Why does ac fan come on frequently?

I have 2014 Ford Expedition that the AC fan comes on and off about every 30 seconds. This can't be normal. The dealership tells me everything is ok. I'm not comfortable with his answer.

Hi, Nikki. The Blower “fan” should run constantly if it is turned on. The A/C compressor should cycle on and off at intervals dependent on ambient temperature. If you’re referring to the compressor this is normal function, but if the air stops blowing intermittently you have a poor/failing connection somewhere in the circuit. Let me know if this answers your question.
