Is it able to replace the VGA?

recently i discover that i like to play video games very much. But the thing is i do not have enough features in my lap top. My friend have this game name dragon age inquisition and it required 40GB disk space. Ram is ok but VGA not compatible. its aintel 4GB VGA. So is it able to replace a VGA to my laptop?

If its yes where should i get it and how much would be it?
