Why isn't my kindle fire 8 not charging?
My tablet died and no matter what it will not charge. I do not want to have to break it open

@staticalliam7 you can try a new cable and a new charger. If that is okay, you will have to open up your Kindle. The issue could be a bad battery or a bad charging port. Both of these would need to be replaced by opening your Kindle up. Kindle Fire HD 8.9" There is no way to fix it without opening it.
