The Light Won't Turn Off That Indicates They Are On

So I was on a call and I put the headphones on. It connected to the computer fine, but they didn’t let me speak so I took them off and held the pause button that usually turns them off. That was about 2 hours ago and the light still is on. Ive tried to reset it and things but nothings working.

I'm having the same problem as well. I tried resetting it and the headphones still work with the aux cord but it still will not turn off. It's been like this for about a day, I'm gonna try to run the battery out and see what happens
