Amazon tv fire stick

I have just updated the latest fire stick software.

All done but now I can’t enter the settings for the fire stick. Tried reboot, also unplugged . Still will not let me into the settings mode!

For starters, make sure your controller is actually paired with the device.

If it is and it isn’t working, make sure that the controller’s batteries aren’t dead.

Then, if that isn’t happening, then it is probably something wrong with the chip that accepts the frequency from the controller.
