When my Pc dies or automaticlly turns off I try turning it on , when it does it shows the text Acer and a blue loading bar. After that the screen goes to a dark blue screen , then the laptop it self starts making a sound as if it breathing.Then I’ll wait about 2-5 minutes to enter my home screen.

Sounds like your hard drive is slowly dying.
To test it, after booting to the home screen, click on “This PC” or “My Computer”.
When (C:) appears right click on it, click on “Properties” when menu pops up click on it and select “Tools” (at top left between “General” and “Hardware”) you will see “Error checking” and click on “Check” and Scan drive.
After the scan finishes it will tell you if there are any errors on the drive.
