Why won’t my iPhone 7 Plus connect to the computer?

My phone is disable and it says connect to iTunes but when I do connect it nothing happens but my phone will charge with the wall plug. I tried another iPhone on the computer and it charges it.

You need to restore the phone using iTunes or 3UTools there’s no way to get data off a disabled iPhone how to do it is shown here:

1 Opmerking:

I did all that. I switched cell phone providers and I forgot my code to get into my old phone and it’s disabled and I can’t use my Apple ID for my new phone. I verified the credit card I used with iTunes. My account is in recovery it’s been 2 months.
