How to activate my tablet
I needed the code off of my receipt to activate my tablet and i lost my receipt. what do i do

What do you mean by “Activate”? If you are just using your tablet on WIFI there’s nothing to activate and you don’t need any code from a receipt. If it is a cellular tablet, contact your carrier.
