My mac will start with the power adapter, with or without battery, but it doesn't run on just the battery. The fan runs for maybe a minute, and then it shuts off. It recognizes the battery, the battery is charged, sometimes the 'status' light comes on sometimes it doesn't.
New battery, new adapter. Any ideas?

First I would run Coconut Battery to find the status of the battery. http://www.coconut-flavour.com/coconutba...
Next I would replace the battery connector: [gekoppeld product ontbreekt of is uitgeschakeld: IF154-067]
