Hello,
I have the A1342 White MacBook, and my keyboard is malfunctioning.
I’m just going to replace the top case.
After looking at pictures and descriptions it looks like the 2011 aluminum case seems to have the same layout and cable connectors. Would the parts of my White MacBook fit into the aluminum bottom of the a1278?
I am just wondering as the aluminum looks better.

No, because these computers are different on the inside with regards to the actual parts inside these machines you cannot swap internals. Sorry about that!
