iPhone completely dead after water damage

Hi, im trying to get a phone to power for a friend who needs photos of a relative who sadly passed away. 4 caps under the nand were shorted to ground but iPhone would not draw any current so I removed the u7 power management ic and those shorts have gone. C330 was still shorted so I removed u3 ic thinking it would clear it but it has not any ideas anyone? The phone was water damaged and ive ultrasonic cleaned it. Also are these chips interchangable or do I need the exact same code on the chip?

If I remember correctly the shorted caps near NAND are okay to be removed (their shorted to ground anyway so they would need to be replaced) if you just need to get data off the phone.
