I accidentally ripped a flex on the front camera module. I managed to get the flex unsoldered from the sensor. I plan to order a new front camera module and transfer the flex from it. I don't know if it's been done or attempted, but wish me luck.

Use low heat and don’t overdo it with the flux as you don’t want it going into the actual camera. I would also practice on a few dead flexes (from less expensive parts) if you haven’t worked on flexes before.
