The iPhone 7 series of devices have proven to be very unreliable, suffering from flex-based issues similar to the iPhone 6 Plus (Touch Disease). On the iPhone 7, the fault line runs along the top of the SIM card reader and affects the Baseband CPU and Audio IC. Any short copper traces running perpendicular to the fault line while connecting to micro-BGA pads, is subject to failing.
On the Audio IC, this particularly affects the C12 pad/trace although there are 4 pads/traces along the fault line. Of those four, the C12 pad (I2S_AP_TO_CODEC_MCLK) is the most critical as it is a communication protocol line between the CPU and the Audio IC.
Here are the typical symptoms, as collated by the repair community:
So you found your problem. Run a jumper on the C12 pad, reball the Audio IC and everything should work properly.

I have already done it. But it is rebooting. If I remove this audio IC it is turning on. If I put it again, the same problem - rebooting.
Try a new Audio IC.
The same problem. I have tested with 5 other IC. I putted big Audio IC U3101 and removed small Audio IC U3301. The same problem. If I remove one of them it is working. If I put both of them it is rebooting.
Please explain this in more detail. There are four possible configurations:
Both IC's
Big IC only
Little IC only
No IC's
What happens in each of those configs?
Both IC’s - apple logo and restarting, apple logo and restarting again and again as a shortage somewhere.
Big IC only, Small IC only, No IC’s rebooting 2-3 times and turnings on but no audio and Taptic Engine.
