My blu vivo xl is stuck on the loading screen and I need help please

My phone had been acting a little slow so i rebooted it and its been stuck on “Blu, bold like us" for awhile now. My power button just shuts the screen off and itll vibrate after the 5th time i push it. Nothing seems to be working
