Radio and lighter shut off when cranked!

My radio and lighter turn off when the car starts up but if you put it in accessory it turns on perfectly fine. All the fuses are working none are blown. Im confused and when i first noticed it wgen i drive it shut on and off while stopping and making turns. I checked my harness and wiring nothing wrong there. Is there a fuse im missing thats not under the hood?
