Did a hard reset but forgot the google accout password

I had to hard reset my Samsung Galaxy J3(6). I powered up the device, and it prompted me for the Google user ID and password that was previously synced to the phone. I can't recall the password, and I don't have access to any of the recovery phone numbers or e-mail addresses associated with forgotten password. I've tried every possible method to recover the password and nothing works. Basically since nothing has worked for me, Google asked me for my current email address (I gave it to them, and just FYI it's not a Google/gmail e-mail address) and told me they would contact me at that e-mail address at some point in the future. No timeframe was provided.

How can I get my Samsung Galaxy J3 (6) back? Is there any way to do this that doesn't involve taking it to some shady cellphone repair shop that will charge me a shitload of cash? (I'm poor)
