Face button contact issues.

Good evening,

I am experiencing a new issue with the PS Vita PCH 1101. It's the first generatio model with the OLED screen

The issue is that the X button and O button are acting oddly. What is happening is that everytime I press the X button the system reads it as pressing the O button.

Any ideas how to fix?
