Hello my iphone x face id is not working its showing setup later
This issue i m facing from last 1 week
Last time i was used it in pool and after 5 hour it works fine when i check it in morning it was not working
Is it possible to replace it with new one?

Your iPhone X was in the pool? The X is water resistant, not water proof. Any issues you are seeing now are almost certainly related to water infiltration. What's more, FaceID is coded-locked to the phone so it is not repairable. Apple could do it but they won't touch a water damaged phone.
At this point, you either replace the phone (do a backup while you can) with Apple or have it decontaminated by a shop that specializes in this and hope that there aren't any long-term issues that crop up.
