I lost the port cap
I managed to lose that hidden port cap. Where can I get a replacement?
Is that OK to wear in the rain and swim when the cap is missing?

You’ll likely need to go to the Apple Store to see if they can get one for you. The part appears to be elusive! So I have no source to get one any other way.
As for getting your watch wet with it missing: Yes it would likely face damage if water got into the connector. So I would not wear it in the rain or go swimming until you got the cover replaced.
