It's really according to which G4 you have. Some had bus speeds of 100 MHz and some had 133 MHz. It's best not to mix RAM in the same machine. There's a plate on the back of your machine that will tell you what processor you have. Let me know and i can be more specific.

I didn't mean for you to delete. If you read my first two and last two, you got it all ;-)
You were correct in your comment and analogy of my answer. Most people's eyes would have glazed over half way through my answer, be it a good valid answer or not. Sometimes the best answers are the simple ones that get straight to the point. In review I thought such is the case here. People who understand CAS Latency or want to understand it don't come to ifixit for advice on which RAM to use. My answer would have only added more confusion to these people. Therefore best deleted.
