Replaced Screen and now I just get multi colored image less display

I need help, the screen was working before but was cracked. After putting the new screen on I get just consistent multi colored dots all across the display. I reconnected the old display and got the same. I've tried cleaning the contacts and looked at everything through a microscope and cant see a problem. At one point I was able to get multi colored lines running vertically but then I tried again and back to multi colored dots.

Any suggestions?
