If your old one isn't bad, and you open your phone up, you do lose the water resistance. Otherwise, if you were going to open up your phone anyway, go for it. Just be sure on the quality of the battery. It could simply be labelled as higher capacity but actually have a lower capacity.

Thanks for the answer , you said i will lose water resistance if i opened up the phone , do you mean even if i removed the old rear cover adhesive and put a new one?
That is correct. There is no way to perfectly seal up the phone like factory conditions.
