1 Why dose my power button keep Turing off in 3 sec. And both my screen
My new Nintendo 2ds Xl won't turn on at all it light the power for about 3 sec. And turns off I don't think it broken but both of the top and bottom screen don't light when I turn the power on is it due to not being on for about 3 sec.

You did not specify this in the question: Did you Homebrew the device? Did you try installing a CFW (Custom Firmware)?
