Didn´t load in Stand-By
First,sorry for my english ;-)))
My sons ds only loaded if he is on.if the ds is off /in stand-by he did not loaded??????

You are saying that it turns on. It will load a game when turned on, after you select the game. If I am understanding correctly you want it to load the game at the same time as it is being turned on. There is a setting that you can change to make that happen. The instructions are in the manual. The manual can be downloaded here: http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/manuals...
If you are telling us it will not turn on please tell me does the orange charging light come on when you charge it? Does any of the screens or green power light flash on, then off, when you turn it on? Does the green power light come on and stay on but no screens turn on?

I have only problem with the charging.If the DS is on he will charge.If he is off there is no charging possible.No LED will light....
When it is turned on the orange charging light will come on when you charge it. No orange light when charging when turned off. Am I correct with this? Have you tried charging it with the DS open but off?

The Battery / Accu did not load....the game loading is no problem....If the D S Lite is on it will load, only if the DS is Off it would not load,
