Touch ID not recognise my finger print
My daughter I pad is locked and it won’t recognise her finger print to unlock it , can you help.

Try entering the passcode to unlock the iPad, if you have forgotten that you will need to restore the iPad which means all data will be lost on the iPad. There is no way around that without wiping data.
