My Moto X4 wave action not working

My X4 wave action not working properly, the phone not showing moto display when some thing wave in front of the phone,

make me confused, cause the phone will respond when installed 3rd apps name WaveUp, the phone display will turning on, when i wave my hand in front the phone,

i also installed 3rd apps for Sensor Test, the Proximity censor working properly

i have already do factory data reset, flash firmware, also safe mode, all not working

have anyone happened same case?

I haven't had this problem. Have you tried disabling your aftermarket apps and restoring the factory apps? I haven't messed with mine at all and the phone is quite sensitive to waves.
