by mistake i signed out of my icloud id. and had forgotten password.

can anyone guide me how to get my old ID back ?as along with this all my contacts are gone and they were very important for me
I am cursing why I buy something so stupid, who does not even provide official support.

If you just signed out from your icloud account on the phone without deleting all and everything from the cloud you might have all your contacts still there, on icloud.com
If that's the case, you can just use a browser and try to log in and then follow the procedure to recover your forgotten password. You'll be requested to answer your own secret questions and you'll be given your lost password through the channels you used when you set up your account.
Simple as that, just takes 5 minutes at most.

actually I do not remember answer of question, and when i say send to email < it goes to icloud account which i cannot open
