Why only the spin cycle works but no water will come into the washer?

Hello,

I have a Kenmore 400 Model 110.29422801. I changed the water inlet valve because no cold water would come into the washer. It was work fine, but all of a sudden, no water will come into the washer and it won't rinse. The only thing that works is the spin cycle. What could this be? Thank you.
