Blu vivo 5r wont turn on when receiving call
My new Blu Vivo 5r won't turn on when receiving a call, it rings, but when I press the power or volume buttons nothing happens. I have to wait for a call to end to see who called me and call them back afterward.
I tried looking at the settings but I couldn't find anything. any ideas?
