Hi got a IPhone 7 that Iv replaced the screen the phone works well but. When I turn the phone on the Touch is unresponsive until it restart it by holding vol down and power button then the screen is fine.

Probably a bad aftermarket screen, make sure the phone is up to date with iOS.

It's all up to date, and the company I get the screens from are usually pretty good.

I have seen this before. Do you have a passcode on your phone? If not, do this as a test. Turn on your phone and if it's unresponsive, lock then unlock it with the power button and see if touch is restored. If it is, put a passcode on your phone. This will fix your issue. I know it sounds strange, but I have confirmed that it works by testing it on a customers phone.
I truly think Apple is messing with us on the iPhone 7 repair parts. I have about 2 out of every 10 repairs come back because of touch issues that arise weeks later. I have never had so many issues with any other phone. I have tried several screen suppliers (not eBay or Amazon) and have had the same issues no matter who I use.

How strange I done the lock screen with power button and it started working. So add a passcode it will turned off and on again then will let me put the passcode in then will lock up again until I press the power again. Iv got to a replacement for a family member over the weekend and it's me off doing it now.
Ok, maybe it is a bad screen. I've seen a lot of strange things since iOS 11 has been released. I think the battery issues arent helping matters since Apple has admitted to slowing phones down. My wife has a 7 plus that glitches a lot and it's never been repaired.
Yeah it's all abit strange,Iv put a new battery in it as well, Iv got another screen for my next repair I might try that and see what happens.
Any luck with this strange issue guys ? Could it be a software bug ???
