error 50 when trying to recover (reheating baseband)

hi:

iphone 5s had error 50 when restoring on itunes , i reheated base band U1_RF

and then tried to restore this time no error showed and iphone restored completly but when restarted it still stuck on itunes restore page , so what is the problem now and if problem is still in Baseband why does the error on itunes disappeared.
