Vertical colored lines on the screen

Vertical colored lines and ink blobs looking spots appeared on the screen. Everyday getting worse.

Hook it up to an external monitor and see if the problem persists. This may be a Nvidia GPU problem, which is covered by Apple. Please give the last three letters of your serial number so we can confirm if your model is affected.

The last three letters of my serial number are VWW.
I hooked it up to an external monitor and there were no lines on it.
So, what is the diagnosis? Please

You do not have the Nvidia issue. Does the problem change if you move the screen?
OK, when I move the screen, nothing changes. The broken pikel-coloured lines remain and the 2 blobs are growing bigger. They are 1/2 inch diameter. What's the next step, Mayer?
