Photosmart Premium Fax e-All-in-One Printer - C410c gives blank pages

A couple of months ago, I did a print job and then turned off the printer. Everything was fine. The next day I tried to print but got nothing but blank pages. I did some routines suggested online by HP, and got the printer working again. Then a few days ago it happened again. I printed a page, and a few minutes later tried to print again, but got a blank page. I tried the HP routines again but nothing worked. I put in fresh ink cartridges, but that didn't help. The computer talks to the printer, and the printer makes printing noises and runs paper through the printer, but the pages are blank.
