Broken Connector Digitizer goes into

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 SM-T377Y and when attempting to repair the digitizer I noticed the white connector the digitizer connects to is broken. Is there a way to repair this or purchase one? Also what would be the proper name for that part? It's not on the digitizer itself, it is the clip/connector that the digitizer goes into on the board.
