There is no sound at all.

Hi my Numark N4 controller has no sound at all. Can the sound card be replaced or in there a sound card. I do not get any sound out of the head phones either.

Also have this problem. Starting with a lot of crackling coming through the output, now all I get is a regular ‘clicking sound’ but no audio output.
