Why does my printer ml-2165w stay off line despite being connected?
How do i turn printer on line ? All Microsoft computer suggestions did not work. Could this be in the printer itself ?

You may need to completely fully power off both computer and printer for the link to be re-established. If both are going through a network router or modem, you need to power that off too.
