Why is this tablet not getting pst the ld screen which displays irulu

The last time I used this tablet, everything worked perfectly. I left it on charge all day but now it is doing a great impression of a lit paperweight. I allowed it to stay on the irulu screen for 5 hours to ensure that it wasn't attempting to cycle out due to background apps.
