Why can't I hear any sound from the earpiece?
My phone is on, but I can't hear any sound when I make a call or listen to music.

If the earpiece does not produce any sound, make sure that the volume is turned up and the phone is not muted. You can check both of these by pressing the volume control buttons of the right side of the device. If you still cannot hear anything from the earpiece, it may need to be replaced.
